Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- You can only return something if it is broken or if you got the wrong item.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used medicine
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Return Process
- Please get in touch with our customer service within seven days of getting the item.
- Share order details along with clear images of the damaged or wrong product.
- Once we get your approval, we will either pick up the return or show you how to do it.
Refunds
- Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the inspection is successful.
